AJK coronavirus lockdown extended till April 21, suspected cases to self-quarantine
MUZAFFARABAD: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir government has chosen to proceed with the lockdown to contain the coronavirus pandemic from spread further till April 21, a representative said Monday.
A choice on whether the lockdown would proceed or be lifted will be taken during a gathering planned for April 20, the representative, Mustafa Bashir, said.
Bashir referenced that it was chosen the presumed cases would be asked to self-isolate at their separate homes.
Specialists and paramedics have been given defensive rigging, he noted, including that three patients who had before tried positive for COVID-19 have recouped and were sent home.
Kashmir has so far announced in any event 40 positive instances of the novel infection however no patient has died. On April 8, the AJK wellbeing clergyman had affirmed that one of the patients was a specialist.
